Complaint Review: E-paintball

I purchased a Redz Ion from this company and on there website lists the features that would come with the paintball gun. The gun did not arrive when they said it was suppose to arrive, it came two weeks after the original arrival date.

When I received it, I noticed that the product was missing an ON/Off ASA that was advertised with the paintball gun on their website. I sent an email through the website and advising of the situation and never got a response. They also have a live support that even though it says that "live support is online" nobody ever answers it.

I finally got the cell number of Rodney through my fiance who bought the paintball gun for me for Christmas because she had the same problems as I did to get in touch with somebody when the product did not arrive at the specified time. Rodney I believe is either the owner or part owner of this company. I explained the situation and sent him the picture showing the missing piece. He advised that they don't sell it anymore with the ON/Off ASA and I advised him not only was it late but the fact that nobody even bother to let us know that this was the case. He said that he would send the missing part.

This was two weeks ago and when I tried to text him back requesting the tracking number of the package he does not reply. I tried sending an email on their website twice and never got a reply. I keep going on their live support and putting in comments and nobody replies. This company has doesn't communicate and their ads on their websites are misleading. They advertise it as such and I feel they bate and switch the product. Until to this day nobody has contacted me back and I have never heard back from Rodney.
