Complaint Review: E-Penzio Aka Net-Biz Aka CPS Merchant Services

We went to a seminar in Albany, NY almost 4 years ago. After being sucked in by them we have been paying for nothing for all this time. I am very angry to see how these people prayed on all they touched and we need to let others know and bring them to justice if at all possible.

When we could not get the things they promised they said it was because we needed to purchase more. Another $1500. which we said no to and gave up but were stuck paying the infamous $89.95 a month.

Found out just in the last month that all payments are going to same place under different names. This is a disgusting scam that hurts those who can afford it the least. We have stopped all payments and now we will be sending papers to the Utah courts. Even if we do not get anything maybe they will never get credit again or at least be paupers for a time so they can feel what we have felt.

I guess we have all learned that we do not sign anything if we are being pressured and NOT before reading it line for line.
