Complaint Review: E PHONE TELECOM

Somehow this company got their hands on my Visa card information and charged my account ( this is a debit card) $54.90 for a service that I never consented to.

I am having my bank look into the transaction.

They say that they received my account info from some other company, but said they were not at liberty to disclose which company.

I have since cancelled my card, so they will not be able to debit my account further, but the initial charge has ended up costing me almost $200.00 that I DON'T have, in bank fee's and other "fee's" that are a ripoff in and of themselves.

I think all of those who have been scammed by this company need to file a class action suit against this company. It is not right that they should be able ( and ALLOWED) to do this without WRITTEN consent from the cardholders.

If you would like to e-mail me about similar experiences with this company, please feel free....I am seriously looking into a lawsuit against them. My attorney is just waiting for my go ahead to file.
