E-Pro Auction doing Business As:Reg.net SW Sale, MServe, No refund! They say it's pending and they are escalating the problem. 8 weeks later, same answers and no refund! Orem Utah

Purchased trial period of E-Pro Auction twice (stupid me, couldn't remember if I had ordered or not). Called on Sept. 26, 2006, within 14 business days to cancel memberships. Memberships canceled and refund requests processed and promised within 10-14 days. No refunds.

I called back and they "escalated" the problem after I had to insist I speak with a supervisor (it is very hard to get transferred to a supervisor). Supervisor made an inquiry about my refunds and found that the refund requests were canceled but assured me they would be reprocessed and I would have money back within 10-14 business days. No refunds.

I've called back twice this week and get the exact same pat answers and the exact difficult time getting a supervisor who gave me the exact same answer as the first supervisor. They refuse to actually place a phone call to the finance department and instead write up an incident report which is bogus, I believe.

I have threatened calling the Attorney General of Utah and still have no refund. I have asked for the president of the company from the customer service rep as well as the supervisor and both said they were unauthorized to give that information.

I have taken steps today to file a complaint with the Attorney General of Utah, I have filed with the Better Business Bureau who shows a terrible track record for E-Pro Auctions and since reading this website, I have gleaned other contacts with E-Pro whom I will be writing. I intend to contact the media in Utah and will let E-Pro contacts know my intentions. I have also filed a complaint with American Express about my problems with E-Pro. I intend to get my money back and if there is any advice for me, please post more comments.
