Complaint Review: E-Pro Auction

I ordered there ebay disc to learn how sell things. After I hoguht this was going to be a "FREE" item, etc., I received a call from them trying to get me to sign up for more products and was told I would be charged monthly for all this. I said cancel everything. A few days later the disc came, I called them agsin to cancel all and asked if I was going to be charged any ship fees etc, and I was told no I would not be charged anything.

I received my statement to find they did charge me ship fee of $1.95. I called them and explained everything. Since the alled could not help me, I asked to speak to the supervisor. His name is Kieser Redfield who said, "are you going to die if you don't get your $1.95 back,...are you going to sue me.." I told him he crossed the line with those comments and he hung up. I callled back and spoke to another person who did give me the company location of Orem, Utah. Needles to say, I am even more upset with this company and ther lies. Please help me....Thx
