Watch out they bait you with a low cost information packet and free trail that a normal person thinks they are getting an information packet and that you would have a choice after the offer expires to sign up if you wish. The information they send out is worthless what people do not realize is they are being signed up for a $49.95 membership fee that you are unaware of. You never contact them to enroll in the program you figure you have not purchased anything. They never contact you after the trail period no bills follow up information or items shipped to think you are in any type of club. So if you have automated bill paying if you get hit with another charge you will not notice it. In my case my wife and I by a lot on Ebay we have never had any problems my boy has video games subscription with a similar name so it took over a year before we caught it. When you call they do not respond I checked my delete file to view the terms they cover there tracks you can not reopen it. Plus they pass you credit card information along I am sure there were some other phony membership charge that showed up also. This is probably run out of a sleeping room in Utah. Cancel you card and start fraud proceedings with your bank, file a report with the better business bureau in Utah, and file a report with the FBI in Utah from what I have found out the law does nothing the sad part is many of there victims are very poor to begin with and get taken for the little that they have these people are the lowest. If any one has an action plan and needs someone to testify etc. count me in these crooks need to be taught a lesson.

I got that same e-mail, I even chated with that representive person that when you exit the page they give you that special offer, yeah what a joke. She could answer my questions, and I ckecked to BBB and they say that they are out of bussiness. Also if you have signed with these people, that you should get some legal help, because you will probably not be able to get your money back. Good rule of thumb check the BBB, and check this website before jumping in the fire.
