E-pro Auctions - CS@e-proaction - EMS*Auction Success, Auction Kit ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Orem And American Fork Utah
In January 2006, I signed up to receive a "free" kit from E-pro Auctions for the sum of $3.95 to cover shipping charges. I never received the kit and they have since charged my credit card hundreds of dollars.
There was no visible text on the order form that mentioned that I would be charged a monthly fee. When I looked at the monthly bill, I assumed that it was my husband who had been ordering something from the U.S. But yesterday, I realized that it was E-Pro Auctions charging my credit card hundreds of dollars since January 2006.
This morning I called my credit card company to see what I could do and they told me that since I was the one who gave them my credit card number, that they couldn't do anything about the past charges but that they could only block the charges in the future and that they would write a letter to the company advising them not to credit anything to my credit card.
They later told me that I would be receiving a form to fill out to try to reclaim some or all of the money that I lost. You can be sure that I will follow through with this matter. I plan to call the Canadian Federal Government to file a complaint against these dishonnest individuals.
I will keep you posted on this matter.
Thanks a million times to Rip-off Reports for all your help. If I hadn't read your report on this fraudulent company, I wouldn't have known what to do.

In my latest report update, I mentioned that VH Vanhauser Products might have been fraudulent, but I was wrong : the amount charged on my credit card was indeed a legitimate transaction. I am extremely sorry if I caused this company any harm.
