I also received an e-mail to order an e-bay success kit from E-Pro Auctions. My fee was 2.95 shipping and handling.

I just received my credit card bill in which I was charged $5.25 twice and another fee for $49.95 unauthorized.

When I called E-Pro Auctions I was on the phone for 1 1/2 hours with the same customer service representative (Diane I.D. # 0504)telling me it could only be refunded 14 days after I ordered the success kit.

I told Diane I wanted to talk to her Supervisor. This is where it took 1 1/2 hours. Diane told me she couldn't transfer me to her Supervisor because she was on the phone. I told her I would wait. Diane told me she would be on the phone all day to call back tomorrow. I told Diane it was my right to speak to her Supervisor, and I would hold.

Diane then put me on hold, because I insisted on speaking to her Supervisor. When she returned to the phone I was being taped.

Diane said she could transfer me because the Supervisor was on "DIFFERENT" phone calls today. Not giving up I kept asking to speak to the Supervisor.

I got all kinds of lies out of Diane. 1. I don't have the capabilities to transfer you. 2. I don't have the facilities to transfer you. 3. I can transfer you, but not today because she is taking "DIFFERENT" calls today. Etc.... 1 1/2 hours worth of run around. Absolutely Absurd!

I told Diane I caught her in 4 different lies that I knew of off the top of my head, in which she denied. So I repeated them back to her and told her to listen to the tape recording after we were done.

I want a copy of that recording. Does anyone know how I can get that? They didn't tell me I was being taped, which I think is the law. I knew because after she returned from holding......when I spoke I could hear it echo back to me. I told her as soon as she came back on and I heard my echo that I knew she was taping me. Of course she didn't deny it. So anyway, don't I vae the right to a copy of our conversation???

They told me I would have to contact MServe, LLC refund department if I was concerned about a refund. This is rediculous. I never authorized additional $. I only wanted the ebay success kit for $2.95 shipping and handling.

I'm sure when I contact MServe, LLC they will tell me to bad. I never accessed their website after ordering the success kit, therefore how can I be liable for something never used. NEVER had knowledge that I was going to be charged more, or even agreed to?
