E-Rewards Failed to deliver ordered goods (and makes no effort to make things right) Internet

e-Rewards offers their users credit in exchange for responding to surveys. The credits can be exchanged for various rewards (merchandise, movie rentals, magazine subscriptions, airline miles, etc.). I decided to exchange $55 in e-Rewards credits for a $25 Target gift card (since it would allow me to purchase anything of interest to me).

After over two months had passed (and no gift card arrived), I contacted e-Rewards (via email) and they responded that the gift cards had just been received and were being sent out that same week.

After over six additional weeks (and no gift card arrived), I again contacted e-Rewards, and this time they claimed that they had sent the card and would have to contact Target. They later said that according to Target the card had been used (at a store almost 40 miles from my home), so they could not issue another card.

Subsequent attempts at communicating with e-Rewards about this have been completely ignored. In my viewpoint, they failed to deliver on merchandise that I "purchased" (by providing much of my time to answer their surveys), and they are totally unwilling to make any effort to rectify their failure.
