E-Saver USA Pricesmart ripoff cheated employees and screwed the customers even more Fort Lauderdale Florida

On Jan 2003 I order ink replacement cartridges from this place totally $59.99. 2 weeks later I was bill with my Debit Credit card but no product. I called and talked to Sara and she said they were out of stock and will reorder them for me. 2 weeks later still no product, called and talked to Rena this time and she said they just came in but my order was sold out again, I told her that I wanted a refund. She said I would get a refund that friday, friday comes and guess what, NO REFUND.

I have been calling this facility ever week or 2 weeks and always talking to Rena or Sara and same story. Now finally I looked on my internet(I have online banking) and it shows they billed me again for 59.99. I called this time and said I will call every 2 min until I get my refunded $119.98. Sara said she would do one today and the other Monday. Later I called and she said they will do both Monday. I have written to the BBB and filed a complaint to the Fraud Protection in Florida and still no help. This company now has a different phone number and is part of PriceSmart USA.
