Complaint Review: E-tech silicone valley

I ordered two items from this company, I received one item broken. The item was sealed from manufacturer, and I realize things happen. I want threw the returns process, And asked for an exchange. The incomplete/broken item came to them that way and should have been a simple sorry for the inconvenience and send a good product out.........but no..... I get this....
