the robo spam caller uses fake numbers, and continuous calling requesting personal finacial information such as SSN. No respect for DNC List, referred to Florida Attorney Generals Office. These types of callers taking advantage of Florida Seniors are not tolerated by Fl Law Enforcement.

your just wrong. you DO make unsolicited calls. Multiple unsolicited calls. I have them all saved on my phone. I dont care, nor does the public you annoy, how many carriers you are compliant with, how many internal QA controls you have, or DNC procedures you ignore.
I have NEVER contacted you in any way prior to your unauthorized solicitations, provided ANY interest in your products of corporation. Yet you saw fit to call me many times.
I did not respond to you because I am now represented by council in this matter.

Our communications are reviewed through a robust internal QA process, and we are audited regularly by the carriers we represent. We do not make any unsolicited calls, and we only request personal information as necessary to assist customers in finding a best-fit Medicare plan.
We have reached out to this individual personally to investigate the complaint, but he has refused to provide any details. We are therefore unable to confirm his personal experience with our business.
