Complaint Review: E Z own car sales

Just a heads up. I just commented on one of their posts telling people not to finance or purchase a vehicle through them and it got deleted. That just shows that they are cowards. My fiancé and I financed a car through their West Palm location.

After only 13 days the car broke down on us. We had a diagnosis ran and 6 codes popped up. We called them and told them and they said to have it towed to them, they’d fix the issues and pay for the towing fee. Once the car was towed to them we sent the diagnosis papers along with the car, it took them a week to finally "look” at it, then they said, absolutely nothing was wrong with it. Refused to help us.

I would just like to warn you all. They are scammers and should be closed down. They sound like they know what they are doing, but they rip people off when ever they can, and we aren’t the only ones. Just a heads up! Have a good day!
