Complaint Review: EA

I once again got charged by EA, the bad of it all is there is no way to contact them by phone. This has happened to me every year in Jan, I get charged for Pogo even though in 05' it was a one time thing and I paid. I have not been on their site since I purchased other games that I downloaded. Well here we are in 08', once again I get charged $39.99 for nothing and the best part is you need to log on to get them to stop. I have done this and they still charge me. This is a company that will get investigated for their practices of ripping people off.

Why is it that you can not contact them by phone?
