Played Monopoly Hotels for about 6 months only to have progress deleted by the app itself. Contacted support and was given steps to possibly fix the issue. Did not work and I completed the rest of the steps asked of me for escalation. No further contact as if they were ignoring me. This issue has happened to multiple people and they choose not to address it. Complete scam in hopes of profiting off things you have already paid for.
