In November of 2009 I was contacted by an employee of EAGLE BUSINESS FINANCE. They were interested in establishing a relationship with my company by providing us with a loan/lease back on our machinery.

We proceeded to complete the loan application and provided Eagle Business Finance with all of the requested financial information needed for the loan process.

We were very clear with Eagle that since our existing note was due on December 31, 2009 we must have new financing in place by that date.  They assured us there would be no problem.

We were not funded in 2009.  The funding committment made by Eagle was moved to January 29, 2010.  Our present agreed to that funding date.  Between January 28 and 29 we transferred $14,759.64 via wire transfer to Eagle.  This dollar amount represented the first and last month's payment on our note with them.  Eagle contacted our existing lender,  requested a payoff and stated to them that the funding would take place on January 29.

To this date Eagle has never funded any loan for my company.

We have obviously secured financing elsewhere.

EAGLE BUSINESS FINANCE IS REFUSING TO RETURN OUR MONEY TO US EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER FUNDED OUR LOAN.  WE have requested a return of our money and Matt Williams has refused on numberous occasions.

Do not provide any information to Matt Williams or Eagle Business Financing.  We have aware of 3 other companies that are in the same position that we are in.  He is a conman and uses his limited knowledge of the law to defraud honest businesses of their money.
