Eagle Carports, Inc. Carport was assembled with 2 defective panels that had flaky paint and 2 months later are now full of rust. Cana Virginia
I took delivery of my new 18'X31' carport on May 8th, 2008. It took the installers about 5 hours to complete the job. When paying for it I went over it with the main installer and noted 2 panels with flaky paint on them. He told me to take some pictures and send them to the main office. I contacted the main office and they told me to email them some pictures. That was over a month ago and they have done nothing.
I attempted to call them today and ended up getting disconnected after being on hold for several minutes. Calling back I got the same results including a fax machine at one point.
My last attempt I was given the option to leave another message but I declined saying it wouldn't do any good. The receptionist also mentioned they would be closing in 5 minutes so I should just leave a message. Wow! What great customer support that is. Blow off the customer for 2 months then tell them they missed someone by 5 minutes! I paid over $2500 for this carport and although it appears to be solid, their customer support is a joke. The longer they wait to repair this, the worse it's going to get. Had they fixed it when I first pointed it out, we would be done, but now it's full of rust and will require replacement of the defective panels.

It has now been 3 full months since the carport was assembled and Eagle continues to ignore my complaint. I found MORE flaking paint on 2 more panels for a total of 4 now!
My last contact with them I was told a different person was handling this but 2 weeks have gone by and I have still not heard from them.
