Complaint Review: Eagle Carports Inc.

Eagle Carports, Inc. Customer Service is the worst. Waiting over 4 months for them to correct a delivery mistake. Cana, Virginia

 We have been working with Eagle Carports since November 2009. We had snow damage to our garage roof. We ordered replacement materials and they were delivered in May 2010. The wrong size of trusses were delivered. We have been waiting since then for Eagle Carports correct the error. Since June we keep getting the same answer for Tasha at Eagle Carports. They are waiting for the truck to have a full load before they can come up from Albuquerque, NM to deliver the replacement trusses.


 Now I know there are 5 or 6 orders for carports/garages in my area. These people have been waiting for at least 2 months or more for delivery and installation. For the last month we have called Tasha each week and have been told that we would be called next week 5 days ahead of when the delivery will be made. Wrong Answer.

 I do not recommend Eagle Carports. Use another company.
