Eagle Carports Installed in Wrong Location and Unfinished Cana Virginia

     Did not complete the installation of the carport.

     Carport was installed at an angle on the the driveway and is offset from the house.  They started a foot away from the driveway edge at one end and were 4 inches away from the same driveway edge on the opposite end.

      Cracked the 4 month old driveway pad.  It now has a 5 foot crack.

      I have tried multiple ways to contact between telephone calls, emails to a Supervisor (per their direction), emails to their Service Department (per their direction) and emails to their Customer Service Department to no avail.  I provided pictures of the install for their review.  I finally connected with the Supervisor after 10 days of trying, only to get the run around on how he doesn't see why it's a problem.  He stated that he needed to talk with their General Manager and would get back to me...that was 5 days ago.

     Their billing department called again and wanted to collect on payment, at which point I told them that I was awaiting a response from their Supervisor (as promised) and was exercising my right to not pay until satisfied and signed off on the installation (which I have not done yet) per their website and advertisements.
