Eagle E-Commerce Group Get Trim Life Charged for something I didn't order, hung up on when trying to confirm cancellation and refund Lakeland Florida

I paid for one set of supplements for $199.99.  I did not subscribe, was sent that order then received notice from my bank 2 months later with a charge that I had them decline because I had not ordered anymore. Then in October they shipped a set of supplements to me and charged me on the same day. 

I called and was told I could keep the supplements and get a $59.99 refund. I said that wasn't good enough as I did want nor did I order the supplements and I wanted a full refund, even asked how to return the product.  They sat in silence for several minutes until I pressed and asked for a manager, then they said they could give me 100.00 refund.

I said no I wanted a full refund and I wanted written verification of cancellation. Again several minutes of silence. I received a cancellation number, when I repeated it back they sat in silence until I asked if that was correct and then they repeated the number but the last four digits changed. 

I again asked about verifying a full refund and there was silence then I was put on hold and then they hung up on me.
