Complaint Review: Eagle Ford Graphics

Owner Howard Benavides fo texas car wraps/ eagle ford graphics is a bamboozler! He drinks on the job every day. He will Lie his way to get any money. This company is a joke. How do I know this you ask? I used to work for Howie for 8 months He told me visions of grandure and wanted me to help him expand his company. Howie said if I can learn how to run his company he will promote me and give me a raise.  I started at $15 an hour.  After 8 months he never mentioned to give me a raise only more resposibilities.  After I started doing all the required actions to run his company I was seeing how much money was coming in the door. The way I saw it, I was being played. Howie wouldn't show up to work until noon usually. So I dealt With the customers I did the Production I did the graphic design and I did the Installation.  So after 8 months of busting my a*s and working 50 plus hours a week, he still did not offer me a raise. When I asked he said He couldn't give me one. I told him you are bringing in 10 grand a week and you can't bump me up to 20 an hour?  he replied with " I will give you a dollar raise for every employee that stays with the company for a period of time".  I don't even know what that means. We had one other employee and he only lasted about 2 months.  So no raise. Frustrated with this shitty Boss. We had a few word back and forth.  I said  "I could run this company way better that he ever could with the respect from the employees." Obviously, he became upset and Fired me.  Oh well, I thought, then I asked for my check which was $900. He said he would mail it to me even known payday was the next day.  He wouldn't Write me a check.  Nevertheless, He Never paid me.  What a Joke.  Don't Work or do any business with this Lazy Drunk or you will be Bamboozled!
