Eagle Mountain Flag Poor Customer Service/ Merchandise Issue Wimberley Texas
I ordered a Culpeper flag from this company (which is misspelled on their site as "Culpepper"). I intended to frame the flag, but it contained a logo on the front of the flag which seriously detracted from the overall image and negated any display appeal. Their website contained an image of the flag, but the image did not contain the logo. The description did not warn me that this logo would be present. I contacted the company about the problem, but they were unconcerned and advised that I could ship it back at my own expense and have a new one shipped out at my own expense. They further advised that I should have specifically requested that they remove the logo, but I'm still confused how I, or any customer, would know that this logo would be present. The sales rep admitted that the flag should not contain both a label on the back and a stamped logo on the front, but I'm still responsible for the mistake. From this i can only infer that there is probably no quality control, which is further evidenced by the lack of a logo or a stamp on a prior flag that I received I spoke with the manager who was dismissive of my concerns by stating that no one else has complained. It seemed as though they could not understand why I would not want to spend money to frame their logo. Also beware of restocking fees. I was charged 30% for errors they made. Conversely, I ordered two flags prior to this order which were hand sewn and great. These flags did not have the same logo problem. I cannot foresee myself doing business with this company again though. The customer service is akin to having your teeth pulled.
