Eagle's Ridge Resort ripoff no heat hottub to hot or to cold no outside lighting grill didn't work until we cleaned it ice maker didn't work dishes not enough silverware cheap staff very rude except for repairmen, which did not repair cabin in bad shape company did not care Ripoff Piegon Forge Tennessee

We arrived in Piegon Forge, TN on Thanksgiving Day, a trip we gave to our children and 8 month old grandson for the holiday.

We paid over 1,200.00 for 3 days and had to pay for a 4th day because of rules that you had to rent for 4 days on holidays, that was OK.

We checked into the cabin on the 23rd, thought it was cold in the cabin and our daughter, husband and 8 month old grandson were to arrive a little bit later, so we turned up the heat.

No heat ever came on, so we called maintenance and they came out and told us the heat was broke and could not be repaired until Monday the 27th the day after we were to leave.

The repair man reset the unit and 10 minutes later it was off again. We called again and he brought out 2 very small space heaters and reset the heat again.

This went on for the entire 3 days we were there and complaining to the office got us one days rent back, which we already were paying for 1 day we were not staying already.

The hottub was so hot on the 1st day you could not use it and so cold on the 2nd you could not use it.

The porch was so bowed under where the hottub sat above that you were afraid to sit in the porch swing. So, please be very careful of staying at the Eagle Ridge resort.
