Eagle Warranty Co did not pay approved from them claim Eynon, Pennsylvania
May 2009 I got Autn#29050120 with approved amount of $684.25.My car was repaired,I paid the dealer,faxed all the documents and since then I am waiting for payment from them.Until August 2009 I was not able to get in touch with them,no one was responding to my messages.Luckily,Mid August I finally got respond from they new account manager Tracy.She was very nice,found the file and promise she will send a payment.Since then I spoke to her two more times,because I did not get paid.And every time she was promising and until today Dec.2,2009 I got nothing.
Now is impossible to get in touch with them.They do not answer phone calls,you get redirected to the message machine.
I personally do not think this is Tracy's fault,she is just an employee there.I think this is a scam company,after reading how many people have the same problem.That is why I already filled a report to attorney general PA and I will be looking into other options to get my money and them out of business.

I too have been a victim of Eagle Warranty. They owe my almost $7,000. I've been promised payment several times. Even from the owner of the company.
Here is his contact information. All victims should get together and form a class action lawsuit against this company before they go out of business
