Eagle Warranty Co I bought $1,000.00 extended warranty on my car and went to use it after 5 months and they are out of business. I have paid the money already and now have to cover the repair costs as well. Archbald Pennsylvania 18403, Pennsylvania
I bought my car in May 2009 from Bourban Motors in Alexandria Ky. I started having problems with it in October and took it to a shop to get the computer tested. It wasnt throwing any codes. The machanic advised me that eagle warranty was a bad place and they had nothing but issues from them in the past. I schedules to take my car back in the following week for them to better check it out and see whats wrong with it. I called the number listed for eagle warranty on my paperwork from when i bought the car and warranty. Everytime I called it would get bo answer. It states that you must talk to someone BEFORE having the shop do any work. I never could get ahold of anyone so I had to cancel the appointment at the shop. I looked up info online in the following weeks and found nothing but bad info on the warranty. Then i went to the dealer to talk to them. When I got there I realized that the dealer was out of business. After about another month or so I found out that Eagle warranty was also out of business. I have since spend over 600 dollars of my money for repairs to my car that should have been covered and its still running weird. I dont know what else to do. I hate to think I have thrown 1000 dollars down the drain. Im certainly not rich and could use the warranty or my money back.
