Twice now I have problems that shoudl have been covered by the warranty.
The first was a hub wheel bearing assy. They outright denied it as it was not specifically mentioned but is an internally lubricated part.
The second time (current) is a the AWD axle housing and all internally lubricated parts (including the bevel gear, couple sleeve etc). This clearly should be covered.
I bought the car in NJ. Does anyone know where I should file this in small claims court? Would it be Pittsburg or in Trenton?

Pertaining to Eagle Warranty and filing a complaint.
I see that this website will not allow us to send our information to one another.
What you will need to do is go to www.search.com, put in the Pennsylvania Attorney Governor and then go to the website and read then file the complaint. They are very nice and will assist you with how to file, you will need all the documents and also let them know of this website.
I also contacted the company that I brought my vehicle from and let them know of my situation and they then contacted Eagle Warranty, and made them pay for my repairs, I am still waiting for them to pay the full amt and also my rental coverage. I am checking to see if "Joe" losses his job, because he should.
