Mistake 1.
I have purchase via the there web site a Stringing Machine with my Amex Credit Card.
Mistake 2.
I waited about 3 months (since last Nov 2013) before I contacted them about the promised shipment. I phoned them every night until they stopped answering the phone... (Can prove it on my phone bill)
Mistake 3.
3 Times they have told me (I phoned them) that it would be sorted out by end-of-day. (Remember the words: Cheque is in the Post). I believed them.
Mistake 4.
I cancelled my order in no uncertain terms. Received 5 e-mails from them confirming the cancellation and that they have paid the money back into my credit card.
This time I did not believe them and American Credit Card foreign transaction division confirmed it. No Money.
I have purchased a lot of things over the internet via Pay-Pal etc. and never had a problem. The biggets Mistake in this fraudelent schema of Eagnas (Maxline) or whatever you want to call them, is that I have purchase the stringing machine via their website and not via a third party like Pay-Pal. Learn from my mistake.......

Unbelievable, I have just received notification from Amex that Maxline refunded me in full. Still speechless. And That was step 2. Thanks so much.
