EAP Auto Parts - EAP - Formerly Eurasian Auto Parts ripoff defrauded me $45 for a car part I needed did not send the order said they had a computer system crash and won't answer my calls Littleton Colorado
EAP sent me an email stating they had a part I needed for my BMW (sunvisor) and that they could have it to me in 2 days and it would cost $45.00. Well I placed the order over the phone on July 16th, 2007 and no response, packge or order came from them. I called and emailed after the first week they said they had a computer outage of some sort and the part would be shipped the next day. Well in my email I asked for a receipt and a tracking number that did not happen in fact they have not contacted me since I placed the order. I keep calling still and every once in a while a guy answers who says he is a delivery person and can I hold the phone on their end never to be picked up again.

call Douglas County Sheriff"s Office in Castle Rock CO. @ 303-660-7500
and tell them its regarding EAP/Euroasian Auto Parts --they are working the case very seriously.
you will allso need to file a complaint with your local authorities in your state,
and they forward it to Doulas County Sheriff's Office .
(if you live outside of Colorado - that means even more bad news for the boys
at Euroasian; inernet/mail fraud, credit cards being charged-parts not delivered-
fraudulent interstate transactions . dont let them get away with theft!
