Earhardt Hyundai ripoff and bad bad customer service broke my car Gilbert Arizona

This is to inform everyone that Earnhart Hyundai in AJ, AZ lied and broke my car. On Sat Oct 30 I took my 2003 Hyundai Tiburon GT in for multiple recalls. The car I have had for two years and have never had a problem with the way my car performend.

After waiting for 4 hours I was told that the mechanic erased my cpu. And after multiple times to reprogram it there was no fixing it. So now they're telling me that they need to keep my car till nov 2 until a hyundai corp. technician can come out and look at my car to see if any modifications I had done to my car caused the dead cpu.

I have an engine intake and an upgraded sound system. which in no way effects the cpu. Plus the car had ran just fine when i drove it there the morning of the incident and 2 years prior.

They refused to issue me a rental at there cost and left me standed now for 4 days without a car. and had said that if they cant get it coverd under warrenty. That it's going to cost me between 500 and 600 dollers to replace it. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the cpu before I brought it there. And no management or senior officer to address about my problem that day.

okay so appently hyundai new about the cpu's going bad when trying to read them. they however never notifed dealers of this problem until they were contacted by the dealers. so everything is fixed now. and it was all coverd under warrentie
