Dear Earl Waters:
You have deceived me into thinking that you were working on my behalf to get back the funds that I lose that I suffered ($61,000.00 plus). Instead you have cause more hurt upon me as I was down and hurting. Because you chose to do such things to a man of GOD. I have asked God intervention in this matter, I first pray the wrath of God upon your head that you would repent and pay back the full amount plus 20 % more for your evil deeds to destroy my life.
Secondly I have contacted the following Attorney Generals, Georgia, Nevada, Mississippi and New York, filing claims against you to regain all loses plus interest and imprisonment for you. So don’t think for a second that you have gotten away with what you have done. I will find you before hell freezes over!
This is your warning, run but you can’t hide. Your cussing upon me, is to be a tremendous blessing upon ©.
