Earl Wiggers charged $1500 for divorce proceedings, never did anything Young Harris Georgia
In 2007 I paid Earl Wiggers $1,500 to initiate divorce proceedings. I spoke with him 6 months later and he had not started the paperwork at all and asked for more money. When I became upset he quit as my attorney and threw me out of his office. I never saw a dime of my money back.
