Hello, just adding a positive side to a negative story. I received refunds for the $9.95 and $4.95 from both companies mentioned above. I don't like what they do but at least they followed through on their word to give me refunds. I still don't know why I received 2 charges for $1.00 each. There was no description on my bank statement for them. But I spose I have to be happy with these results and hopefully a little wiser about online deals. You really do have to read the fine print!!
