My wife and I came into Earnhardt Ford to purchase a vehicle. After we purchased a vehicle they refused to give both of us keys even though both of our names were on the lease. Any other time we bought vehicles they gave us two sets of keys.

My wife called several times and talked to a Noah and Chris about the issue and they said someone would call us back. No one has returned our calls. I went in there on a Saturday and asked why we cant get a second key because i went to several different places including walmart and lock and key service and they couldnt make a key for it. They said that there was a chip in it and I had to go across the street to have it made which cost around 60 dollars for the key and around 100 dollars for the auto lock and unlock opener.

After that the guage in our car kept messing up telling us we had too much air in one and not enough in the other and my wife has to keep filling tire up with air. We have had this car only 45 days now. She called again and left a message and no one has called us back. My recomendation is they dont care about the customer only to get a sale from you and thats it.
