I went to an Earthbound Trading store when I was in Dallas to buy my little sisters a bracelet. Immediately after I bought them, they wanted to wear them. They broke in the process of putting them on. I was very careful and not rough at all.


I brought the bracelets back into the store and told the lady what happened. She did not offer a refund. She just said that some of the products were old and probably just weakened because of it. She refused to refund my money and refused to exchange them for something else. She said that it was company policy not to accept a return or an exchange if the item left the store intact. I asked her if the company stands behind the products they sell, and she said, "We don't have to. We just sell them. Whatever happens after they are sold is the customers problem."!


UNBELIVABLE! I could not believe the lack of care! If you shop here, BUYER BEWARE!!!

What are you talking about?? Earthbound Trading is a great place! They sell the best weed for their "hookahs"--TAX FREE! I have never been dissappointed! There are two stores  in Dallas that makes sure that they always have the best in stock for a reasonable price. I plan on vacationing in Florida and now know where I can get it at. Not sure how a headshop can legally sell it, but it works for me! They even let you taste test a little bit in the back to make sure you want it. Yeah, GO SHANNY!  On your next trip to India, pick me up some  good stuff!--or atleast give me the s**t that you get for Steve James!

I have just read of your recent experience in one of the Earthbound Trading Company store locations in Dallas, Texas. I am a buyer for the company, and in particular, I am the jewelry buyer. I was mortified to discover that the product was not constructed to our standards which is quality fashions with an affordable pricetag and therefore, I would like to gather further information from you about the specific product, which is my 2nd concern. My primary concern is your dialogue with the EBT representative and for training purposes, I wish to gather more specific information from you re: the associate you had the interaction with. I assure you, that we DO stand behind our products (i try and test drive most of my products first hand) and customer service is a very large portion of what we do at EBT. Please accept our regrets and I apologize for your experience, but I assure you that it was not in vain and I will do my best to amend all concerns within my power. Please contact me at our headquarters in Dallas asap to discuss all. Thanks and I hope you are eventally able to return to our stores reassured and happy to know that we find great quality items at great prices from around the globe and bring them to our very loyal customers just like you.
