Complaint Review: Earthclass Mail

Earthclass mail refuses to refund money to subscribers who end their membership. My credit card was charged at the full rate for over 200.00 USD Silver service to use while I was abroad. In the course of time overseas my card expired. I never thought it would be an issue since I still carry a positive balance of 30+ USD. Enough to handle daily maintenance for the one or two pieces of mail I recieve a month and have discarded.

Now earthclass mail has suspended my account and is hold my US Mail hostage which is against the law. They are refusing to access to my account or to my mail until I provide a card they can charge. I dont have any credit cards at present. They refuse to refund my money via US postal money order or check. Earthclass has said they will NOT refund my money with a credit card they can charge.

There are two sides to every story it is true. However Earthclass' refusal to refund money due to me is one thing THEFT. My advice to anyone is please use ANY other service besides Earthclass. They intentionally mishandle funds and keep your mail hostage.
