Earthlink internet service ? never dis conneded service after I called them Atlanta, Georgia
a year ago I cancelled with earthlink i never used it i sent all their tools back to them and told them to cancelled. i was never connected. i also called and cancelled on the telephone and she told me i would have to pay for a year and i did and i am still paying that was in oct 2009
i call this morning and i found out it was never cancelled and i would need to call that telephone number again. i sure they are going to to take another year payments for me. I am 79years old and i don't have any help with what i am doing or a lot of money to be giving out. they have my debit card number so i am sure they will be using it.
