Complaint Review: Earthlink

After a serious language barrier problem I was conned into buying wireless router without even knowing it. After 4 unsuccessful conversations with India CSR..It was realized that DSL service was not able to be used at my home due to location.The deceptive ad read "Only pay for shipping and handling charges" so I took the bait.Even after cancellation EARTHLINK still hit my account for $258.00.After several calls to billing Dept. They said they would credit my account because of their oversight.@ months later I still havent seen any Money credited to my account.

Then... today I was looking at my balance and EARTHLINK is taking $62.60 out of my account. The charges are pending and I once again got an outsourced Non English speaking represenetive from India.The CSR said he realized it was another oversight and would resolve this issue as soon as possible.EARTHLINK is nothing but a group of low lifes that are stealing money each month from unsuspecting american citizens. EARTHLINK is this any way to treat the Home Citizens that live in the same Country as you? EARTHLINK is nothing but a scam so do not use Or try to use their service.I will let you know when Ali Babba and the 40 theives return my money but in the meantime I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision. I hope they get shut down and convicted of their crimes.
