earthlink worried about connection, no software nothing but problems
alright.. i just signed on with earthlink and while trying to find out about terminating my current msn subscription... i happened on this sight... and now i'm EXTREMELY worried that i'll get the same problems... all i want is faster net connection, not a bunch of problems.
i NEED to know what to do and fast. though i do not have the software yet, (the're mailing it to me) will i get slapped with the fee if i cancel now?
