EARTHTRADE LINDA WILLIAMS RIPPED ME OFF FOR 24,000 PLUS SALARY. NEW YORK, New York
Linda , contacted me at home a offered me a job as A purchasing agent and said she obtained my resume from Monster.com.
I accepted her offer to pay me 2200.00 every two weeks plus a generouse commission shedule. What I WAS supposed to do was to purchase different Apple Laptop And Apple i-pad for the company and then I would ship them to this address in russia but not before she gave me the bank info from her banks There were two different accounts with bank of America and I purchased two separate orders which she for a grand total of 24,000.00 and some change.
And I got the bank information to electronically pay-off my cards prior to shipping the goods to the adrress that she gave to me in russia, and i dont understand because i waited the 24 hrs and my credit card said on line that they had been paid and even posted the confirmation #'s on-line.
So i then proceeded to ship the equipment out the last thursday all hell broke lose, i began getting e-mails that all the payments had been canceled or "returned" how can the bank say that it was confirmed paid and go back days later and say no they were not paid. AND NOW THAT Ihave not been paid my paycheck either that i was supposed to get this past friday I can not reach Linda her phone constantly gives me a busy signal and she refuses to answer my attempts at e-mailing.
So it looks like I got burned for the money that I now need to pay off over 24,000.00. Oh yeah to make it even worst here is the companies supposed Headquarters which I dont know how to contact them because there In Switzerland (ETC Earth Trade Company

This was a scam from the outset.
Everything that you were told was probably fake; the person's name, the company, the company's address.
You should probably see an attorney.

If I am reading this correctly you have been scammed to the tune of 24 grand that you must return to the bank. How could you fall for such a thing? There was NOTHING you saw as a red flag about this?? Good luck. You need it,
