I purchased what I thought was a new, undamaged 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from Easley Mitsubishi on 11/27/12.

Found out on 2/27/13 that the right rear fender had been repaired using a paintless dent removal technique.  To make matters worse, I found out on 3/4/13 that the left side of the car had also been damaged and repaired, including both doors and the rear bumper.  None of this damage was disclosed to me at the time of the sale.

Neither Easley Mitsubishi nor Mitsubishi USA are willing to do anything about this and, in fact, deny any wrongdoing.

So, if you thought you could suspend your "buyer beware" attitude when purchasing a new car, think again.  Also, if you have any sense, you'll avoid both this dealership and this manufacturer.

"  So, if you thought you could suspend your "buyer beware" attitude when purchasing a new car, think again.  "

Why would anyone suspend their "buyer beware" attitude for any reason?   Did you expect new car salesmen to be more honest than used car salesmen?  Really?

If you can prove that you were sold a car with an undisclosed damage history, that should be a slam dunk in small claims (and cheap to file).   You'll also have to prove that your damaged vehicle is worth less than an equivalent undamaged vehicle (not too difficult).
