vincent loxton...owner of east coast agenciesLLC and a bogus company called 1800propainter, was hired to paint the interior of my home.
he demanded 3000.00 up front which I gave him upon checking references, he was extremely slow and did bad work.
he kept bragging about all his satisfied customers...and kept demanding more cash.....after I refused and told him no more cash till I get a completed
job he got upset and walked out refusing to finish what I paid him $3000 to do.
I also sexually propositioned my wife among all this.
this man is a scam and a thief...hopefully others will see this and not hire him
