East Coast Auto Group of Linden, NJ is the used car dealer, you've been warned about your whole life. Hiding behind the cloak of shiny floors, and used cars with big, red bows are deceptive dealers, who will see you as another mark, and not a customer. I should've known that I wasn't being treated, as "family," as they never even offered me, a bottle of water, with the amount of money I was spending. Granted, I was purchasing a car, under 12k. However, when I get service at Land Rover, for my used vehicle I get bagels, and coffee, while I wait. Or, when spending over a couple thousands, at Gucci, on Fifth Ave., you get served refreshments, on silver platters. Not at East Coast. Your lucky if the lavatory, is clean while you visit.

I purchased my vehicle, and had to wait a a week, or so to pick it up, as it needed it's power steering, repaired. First, red flag. Up until, this point I hadn't even driven the truck. When I finally did, I immediately heard a faint, yet distinctive sound. I had previously owned a larger, Range Rover, and couldn't quite place this sound. My associate, Alex, assured me, this was nothing.

Over a month later, I'm having trouble with the steering wheel, and that distictive sound, is stlll very present. I take it back to East Coast, where they quickly diagnose it, as a "differential issue." I didn't have a "warranty," and so they only would help pay for half, of my new found $2,500., problem.

Long story short, I've been out of a vehicle, for almost a month. My fiance is pissed that we even walked into this "establishment." These people knew they were selling me a lemon. They don't feel any remorse, for doing so. They have deceptive business practices, and I wouldn't recommend them, to anyone.
