1 bg maint k -29.95
1 blade assy-wind -25.26
1 blade.wipe -19.78
5 Trans. flu -36.80
1 valve p.c. -16.80

total parts -228.27

total labor -271.68

total cost -499.95

I also received a 20% discount because of a coupon.

I believe that they did not upgrade everything they stated on the brochure for the 30,000 mile major service. There are no mentions of new spark plugs on the parts list, one wiper blade, etc. It seems as if they just say they are going to do all these on the list. Then they just fix a few things, charge them on the invoice and charge more than half for labor so that they can make the money themselves. Please someone help! Why didn't they list the spark plugs? Did they not install new ones as it says on the brochure? I feel like I paid $400 for an oil change and for them to replace my wipers. If anyone worked there or knows of any corruption with this company...Please contact me.

First, let me just say that I originally went to East Coast Automall Mazda for a check engine light. They fixed the defective part and then 2 weeks later I get it again. Then go back in to have it fixed and they tell me it just had to be reset and there was nothing wrong. Now the check engine light is on again and I have to bring it back. They are the worst and customer service is pitiful. I just called them and they transfered me to a voicemail when there are at least 4 employees working there.

Please do not get your car serviced here. They are ripping you off! Back to the main dispute, I went back when the engine light was on and talked to this guy Jimmy and he explained that the spark plugs are replaced only at 60,000 and 80,000 mile checkups...Then why is it printed on their old and new brochure under 30,000 mile checkup? He had the nerve to tell me that "if needed it will be replaced" The other items say "if applicable" but next to sparkplugs it does not say that. I have filed a complaint with the NJ attorney general and I am awaiting a reply from East Coast. I also just received a survey from East coast and trust me it was a bad survey.
