After being scammed by Fidelity regarding a loan modification, and paying up=front fees of $1,200.00 they have denied my request for a refund. This company promised a 96% success rate, along with mortgage adjustment program, negotiate with lender on my behalf, and credit counseling. After 1 year I have none of the above so I asked for a refund. They are now telling me that these charges are for document filing and preparation in assisting customer to obtain a loam modification and they provide free service for assisting clients. This company clearly misrepresents what it is  capable of providing and yes these are up-front fees charged which is now against the law. I was encouraged not to make my mortgage payments which was to help get loan modification and all this did was ruin my credit.I did not receive any credit counceling which they also are suppose to do. My loan weas no restructured or a lower payable as promised. I would love for everyone that has had a bad dealing with this company contact me and let us see about filing a class action suit against this company. We need to get the word out about this company to others via the web in every way we can such as Twitter, Facebook, Rip Off and any others you can think of. They state they do guarantee their work well if this is the case then why am I not getting my refund? I believe their license to do business shoould be pulled and they shouold have to refund everyones money that they scammed. Let's unite against this company. They clearly lie about what they can and can not do so let's report them to everyone including the FTC website.
