Complaint Review: East Coast Mechanical

I worked for these guys also as a salesperon disguised as an A/C tech (I know nothing about repairing an A/C unit) My job was simple go into the customers home that had a maint. contract convince them (scare them)that they need to buy a new A/C eventhough they had a contract which covered repairs and 95% of the time they didnt even need a new unit just a freon charge. If they didnt want to buy and have it repaired the repair always took several days (to a week) meanwhile the customer would be without A/C and most of the customers are OLD PEOPLE,WITH HEALTH CONDITIONS.

When the customer agreed to buy a new unit WE COULD INSTALL THE NEXT DAY THE REPAIR WOULD TAKE A WEEK WHICH DOESNT MAKE SINCE BECAUES THE COMPANY HAS A WAREHOUSE OF USED UNITS FROM CUSTOMERS WHERE YOU COULD FIND ANY PART NEEDED The sale was easy just the fear of not having A/C to a 75 year old lady with a health condition closed the sale everytime the most difficult part was getting the paperwork done fast enough before they had time to talk to anyone else and find out the truth from any reputable company.
