EAST COAST TOWING ROCKHILL SC STAY AWAY. THEY RIPPED ME OFF rock hill, South Carolina
I called AAA and they sent out east coast towing to change my flat tire. When the man took my tire off he said it had a nail in it, and he could fix it at my house. SO I PAID HIM 20 DOLLARS(not covered under aaa) used up a service call, GOT UP THIS MORNING TIRE FLAT. Called the garage ,and they told me they would do nothing, and if i wanted them to come back out and fix it again it would be $50. ARE THEY CRAZY.I complained to AAA,and warned them about this company. OBVIOUSLY THIS COMPANY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS.

Management wasn't aware of the customers issue and once we did find out the customer was contacted and refunded her cost. We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding on our part and we hope to not have theses types of issues in the future.

I was very pleased that east coast towing contacted me to find out what happened. After I explained everything they took total ownership of the problem, apologized, and reimbursed me for all of my out of pocket costs. I am glad to see that there are still companies out there who truly value their customers.
