AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! THEY HAVE LOWER PRICES FOR A REASON!!!! THE REASON IS BECAUSE THEY SCAM YOU IN OTHER WAYS!!!
A bunch a guido scam artists. 24, yes 24 days after i ordered my TV i finally canceled the order when they said they would ship it next week. So i wouldnt be getting the TV for over 35-40 days after i ordered. The sales reps are very rude and just give you run around. If they dont want to talk to you they put you on hold until you hang up! They try to upsell you and con you into believing that you HAVE to pay for insurance. This is a complete lie! They are responsible for shipping a product in a safe manner. On their confirmation email they say,
"Disclaimer (applies to 50'+ Televisions & Major Appliances only): You, our valued customer,are not liable for your product(s) until you've inspected and signed for your product(s). You are required to do your part by inspecting your product(s) for shipping damage at the time of delivery. East Coast TVs is insured on all shipments until the time that the customer signs the shipping manifest stating that your product(s) were delivered in perfect condition. No damage claim can be made after your product(s) have been delivered."
But they WILL call you and try to force you into buying insurance, and white glove protection.
