Bought a scooter from East Coast Wholesale... problems from day 2.... but they would not respond to repeated requests for a fix apart from an email suggesting a parts guy. Followed them up repeatedly, for 12 months, but they never responded... ...my 12 year old was devastated he bought it with his own money. We have been in business for 20 years, and are the manufacture of nothing.
The Scooter refeered to was covered under a manufactures warranty.
The Seller of the Item was Jonathans Discount in Millbury, Massachusetts. They did not want to deal with the customer, and tried to pawn them off on us.
We make deliveries between manufactures and resellers. Jonathans Discount was in this case a reseller.
Scooters INC. NYC, NY was the Importer.
East Coast Wholesale Fall River, Massachusetts was only the Livery Carrier
You Don't complain about New England Motor Freight if they deliver Defective Goods to Wal-Mart and Wal-Mart sells those Defective goods to you.
This Buyers Complaint rests with Jonathans Discount to make good for their sale of Damaged goods; or to provide the end consumer with the proper information to Scooters INC. Returns Department.
