Bottom line, his scooters are made in China, and are very cheap quality.  This would not be as big of an issue, if his customer service wasn't horrible.  He never answers his phone, and when he does, is the most condescending telephone tough guy A-Hole you will every deal with.

The fact that he has 8 ripoff reports on this site, and that he pulled his Amazon page due to negative reviews is proof enough. The fact that he rebutts every complaint sent his way, and denies any wrongdoing, shows that he is either insane or has such a big ego, that he can't accept ever being wrong.

I don't know what made his so bitter, maybe his ex-wife cleaned him out, or maybe he is just sexually frustrated, but the guy doesn't act normal.
