Comments/Inquiry: My 1999 Ford Expedition seem to short curit every time we experience a hard rain. I have taken our truck to East Ford Service Center in Jackson, MS at least two time for the same problem.
It only occurs doing a heavy rain: When we cut the switch off and remove the key the instrument panel, radio and exterior lights remain on and the radio stays on. When I start the vehicle up and shift to drive or reverse the instrument panel goes off, even the radio. As I mention I have taken my truck to the service center twice for this same problem.
At this point I am quite disheartened. I am asking for help with this problem.
